Thanks to our easy recurring payments, there's no need to worry about rate rises, reminder emails, or forgetting to renew your campaign. All advertising campains will be set up as a monthly PayPal subscription which ensures your campaign is locked in for as long as you intended.

Terms & Conditions

• Advertising must be purchased in advance through a PayPal subscription on a monthly basis.
• By placing an order, you acknolwedge that you will be billed automatically every month until YOU cancel your subscription via your PayPal account. The monthly fee is established at the time of purchase and will be fixed for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancelling your subscription, you will not be billed again and your banner will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You must cancel your subscription payment before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be re-billed.
• There are no refunds on advertising already paid for and delivered regardless of performance.
• If for any reason, we have to remove your banner from Natural Bloom before the paid-for period ends, we will issue a pro rata refund for the remainder of the previously paid-for period.
• We reserve the right to reject an advert or advertiser for any reason. If we do reject your advert, you will be given a full and prompt refund. We do not accept adverts for pharmaceutical drugs, gambling, or of a sexual nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will my advert appear on the site?

In most cases, your banner will be added within 24-48 hours after we receive your banner. Please ensure you send us your banner and website link promptly. Please feel free to get in touch if you've placed an order but not heard back from us.

How can I pay?

All advertisements are to be paid for online using PayPal's secure payment system. Within PayPal you may choose to pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made before your banner is put up on the site.

Will I receive an invoice?

No, you will receive a receipt from PayPal.

How do I cancel?

Simply log in to your PayPal account and view your transaction history. Locate the subscription and follow the instructions to cancel it. You may cancel at any point through the billing cycle and your advert will remain on Natural Bloom until the end of the period you have paid for.

I don't want to commit to a recurring subscription. Can I just pay for 1 month?

The advertising rates above are for monthly subscription payment via PayPal and include a discount. Remember you can cancel anytime, but if you wish to pay only for a fixed period please contact us and ask for our standard advertising rates.

How can I change my banner?

Simply get in touch with your new banner and we'll replace it straight-away.

I've just been rebilled for the subscription payment and forgot that I wanted to cancel. Can I get a refund?

Please log in to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription now so that you will not be billed again. Our terms state that you need to cancel before the next billing cycle, however if the final payment was less than 24 hours ago, we may at our discretion issue a refund.

I don't have a 125x125 banner. Can you make one for me?

Yes, we can produce a 125x125 bannner for you. Please contact us and ask for a banner design quote.
