Well spring has certainly sprung, bringing with it optimism, and fresh and vibrant natural energy. The clocks have gone forward and the lighter nights are here. Hurrah! It's time to dust ourselves down, come out of semi-hibernation and look forward to all the possibilities that spring brings.

  • After winter, what's your life feel like?
  • Can't see the woods for the trees?
  • Can't see the light at the end of the tunnel?
  • Want to start afresh but not know where & how to start?

Well, what's the first thing that you associate with spring? We start to spring clean our homes and start decorating and tackle all those jobs like de-cluttering. But how often do we spring clean our minds?

Here are 10 sunshine tips to make you especially sparkling! Visualise a massive feather duster and dust away those negative thoughts now and let the sunshine in!

  1. Making your to do list tangible and writing it down - move it out of your mind and onto paper.
  2. Turning your can't thoughts into can do thoughts - every time you think a negative thought, try turning it into a positive thought. For example, if you think "Oh no it's raining again", try "Great, the rain is just what we needed to water the garden!"
  3. Next, down-size your to do list and make it realistic by deleting everything that you know you will never do.
  4. Prioritise the rest.
  5. Set your self a deadline for the first item on the list and do it - you'll feel so fabulous!
  6. Think of any grudges that you are carrying and bin them. They're bringing you down and stopping you from clearing your mind.
  7. Chuck out all those boring useless old habits and make way for fresh and inspiring adventures.
  8. Always choose hope rather than despair - hope makes everything possible.
  9. Expect the best outcome instead of the worst!
  10. Live as if you have already achieved the best scenario and it will happen as a matter of course.

How great will you feel when you can see your fresh ideas come to light, have a clear sense of direction and be able to quickly reach your destination?

Be fantastic and happy spring cleaning!!
