It's funny. A.T. really gives me the feeling that I know where I am. I know who I am. And I know who I am with. That's pretty abstract, however it is much like an elightened buddhist monk might feel. (I would imagine). It gives me clarity. It gives me control, but in the form of gentle and polite command. Being a musician it really has opened up other possibilities in my playing.
