My use of meditation to help myself has been beneficial. There are key memories that one can focus on to free self from problems that are undesirable.

Childhood experiences can sometimes have bad effects later in life. My dislike of cows started when I visited my grandfather. Using meditation recently gave me mild emotional shocks.

I am hoping my lack of ability to concentrate will become less. There have been some improvements - like less intense
feelings and better attention to detail.
