Lovesbody Breathwork
Jane has been practicing as a integrative breathworker, craniosacral and somatic tramuma practitioner since 1994. She co-founded the Institute for Integrative Breath Therapy and Transformational Healing in 2000, and as well teaching on the Life Mastery training, facilitates workshops, rebirthing breathwork support groups and holistic retreats in London and Italy. Her interest is supporting people whilst they open to live life from a place of deep relaxation, health and creativity, both within and throughout their daily life.
