It can help all types of body pains, aches & restrictions, and conditions such as sciatica, migraines, RSI, frozen shoulder, asthma, sinus, constipation, & more.
Bowen is appropriate for everyone - from newborns to the elderly. Only gentle moves are used to ease pain and reduce stress, no manipulation is used, therefore it is an extremely safe therapy.
