My unique style of Whole Body Californian Relaxation Massage utilises long flowing transition strokes over the whole length of the body which results in a massage that is a whole body experience rather than a segmented routine. It incorporates aromatherapy oils, joint mobilisations, stretches, body rocking, energy balancing & Reiki Healing to relieve stress, body / mind holding patterns & muscular aches & pain.
