For many of us life seems to run at a pretty fast pace and it is very easy to get caught up in our daily routine and commitments. Although our body's work hard to keep up with these requirements it is sometimes necessary to stop and recharge and perhaps assess our situation.
At Essence a range of holistic treatments are offered to balance the body's natural energies and defences. Treatments also provide you with the space to take stock of life and allow yourself to slow down and enjoy the more beautiful things that are around us; or it is simply a wonderful and calming way to relax, a way to allow the body and mind 'time-out'.
