I am a qualified and BACP registered counsellor offering therapy in central London in the Blackfriars and Old Street areas, close to the busy business areas of the city.
I provide face-to-face counselling in a client-focused manner. My aim is to assist people who are experiencing problems or difficulties in their lives and to enable them achieve an improved balance.
I work with people with a range of counselling needs, specific issues such as stress, anxiety or depression, and with general issues that people come across in their daily lives relating to relationships, health, work or self-image.
I am experienced in working with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, across a range of ethnic and social backgrounds, of different genders, and from different sexual identities.
